Shyam Photography provides professional photography services, including wedding photography, pre-wedding shoots, engagement photography, event photography, portrait photography, commercial photography, and related services. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Bookings and Payments

• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment or deposit.
• The remaining balance must be paid as per the agreed payment schedule.
• Failure to make payments within the specified time may result in cancellation of the booking.
• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing via email or other approved communication channels.
• Booking advances and deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Requests to reschedule a session or event are subject to photographer availability.
• Shyam Photography reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case an alternative arrangement or refund will be considered.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

• All photographs, images, videos, designs, and content created by Shyam Photography remain the intellectual property of Shyam Photography unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Clients receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use delivered photographs for personal purposes.
• Clients may not sell, distribute, edit, alter, or commercially exploit the images without prior written permission.
• Shyam Photography reserves the right to use photographs for portfolio display, website galleries, social media promotion, marketing materials, and advertising purposes unless the client specifically requests otherwise in writing before the event.

Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions, permits, and approvals for photography at chosen venues or locations.
• Clients must ensure cooperation from participants and timely attendance during photography sessions.
• Delays caused by clients, guests, or venue restrictions may reduce available shooting time.

Delivery of Photographs

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the nature and scale of the project.
• Final edited photographs will be delivered through digital download, cloud storage, USB drive, or other agreed methods.
• Shyam Photography is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues, internet disruptions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

• Every effort is made to provide high-quality photography services and preserve image files securely.
• In the unlikely event of equipment malfunction, data loss, illness, accidents, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, liability shall be limited to the total amount paid by the client.
• Shyam Photography shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

• All content displayed on this website, including photographs, logos, text, graphics, and designs, is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
